If someone discovers an issue with your app, you want to be able to recreate that issue so that you can solve it. Here is what you should tell end-users to do if they discover a "bug" in your app:
Send me a link to the session where you experienced this bug. You can do this by clicking 'continue later' and emailing me the link.
The 'continue later' button is available here inside the app (unless you've turned this feature off):
After clicking 'continue later', they can either copy the link to resume the session and email it to you or email the link to you directly by entering your emailing and clicking "send link."
With this link, you can jump into their app session and experience the bug first-hand.
